If you are having troubles running the desktop application, try clearing the application cache by deleting these folders:

  • Windows: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\draw.io\Cache
  • macOS: /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/draw.io/Cache
  • Linux: /home/<user>/.config/draw.io/Cache


On macOS, the application log is at /Users/<user>/Library/Logs/draw.io/log.log


Application does not open on macOS


If you are having trouble starting the application from the launcher in macOS after installation, try starting it from the Application folder the first time (it should then open from the launcher as well).
